It Finally Arrived!

Recently, a friend of mine brought in a photo book that she had created using her Instagram photos and a giveaway she had found (last year) on fellow Aussie blogger website, FatMumSlim. It was a gorgeous book, filled with some of her most beautiful photos, and all she paid for was the shipping. So you can imagine how delighted I was to find out that FatMumSlim would be holding the same giveaway on her blog again this year! The giveaway was actually courtesy of the publishing website Blurb, but was to be an exclusive giveaway for FatMumSlim readers.

I have been an avid Instagrammer for a couple of years now, so I put together 60 of my most favourite photos, which was actually quite difficult. I have such a broad range of photography themes, ranging from grungy, colourful, muted tones and so many different subjects, I had to organise the pages of the book to have a nice flow. After several hours of sorting and organising, I was finally happy with my selection and ready to proceed to the Checkout!

Amazing! All I had to pay was just $12AUD for shipping, for something that had an overall value of around $25AUD! I wasn't expecting my book to arrive until next week, so I was very excited to receive it yesterday. I'm very happy with the quality and all my photos look just lovely. Thank you FatMumSlim and thank you Blurb, for having such a fabulous giveaway!

    1. Thank you Cheryl! I take photos of all sorts of things. I usually don't post many images of myself, but Olivia and I were mucking around one night, so I did end up posting some of the photos we took.

  2. Wow, that book looks amazing! I've been thinking about doing something similar with a lot of my travel photos; a lot of printing companies do them these days at reasonable prices.

    1. Thank you Sarah! I had never really considered making a book for my photography, but I'm so glad I decided to do it. I have a gorgeous, compact record of some of my favourite images. I'm sure you would have some amazing photos to go in a book. You should do it! :)
